William Rogan

William J. Rogan, Ph.D., transitioned to real estate in 2002 following a distinguished career as a classical musician and university educator. A licensed Florida Broker since 2006, Dr. Rogan is a multimillion-dollar producer who has owned and operated successful real estate, consulting, and home improvement companies. He has managed and mentored numerous agents across Florida and New York, driving substantial multimillion-dollar revenues. He is Gold Key Certified and a Graduate of the Realtors® Institute (GRI).

A United States Marine Corps Vietnam Era veteran, Dr. Rogan brings the discipline, honor, and tenacity of his military service to every transaction. Sharon Knapp, Ph.D. has 40+ years of professional experience; her varied background includes not only serving seniors in real estate for the past 20 years, but also research and teaching in colleges and universities, as well as consulting with nonprofit organizations for fundraising, strategic planning, and program evaluation.

Sharon specializes in luxury homes, seniors, and relocation. She is a Compass Plus agent, working with seniors to make wise decisions about their housing needs. Her qualifications as a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA)™, as well as her advanced degrees in nutrition and epidemiology, allow Dr. Knapp to connect how physical well-being and lifestyle directly impact the feasibility and success of any housing decision.
